Valfondo IM’s rebranding coincides with the firm's new strategic plan to hit € 2.8 billion in assets under management over the next three years. Valfondo IM is considering the option of launching new vehicles focused on warehouse robotisation.

This process allows Montepino's capital to increase (hitting approximately €900 million) and the issue of more than 22 million new shares, all of the new shares being offered in this operation. The new shares have been subscribed at a unit value of €10.95

In the last 10 months, Valfondo has leased 260,000 m2 of new logistics space and is in the process of completing a further 316,000 m2 for Montepino. In addition, it has delivered 175,000 m2 of new warehouses in the same period. This year, Montepino will invest €300 million on developing.
